Curriculum Vitae

J. Patrick Carley, III practices in the firm’s professional liability area, where he has represented attorneys in all phases of litigation. In addition, Mr. Carley practices in the firm’s premises liability area, where he has represented school districts and religious institutions in negligence claims. Mr. Carley also has significant experience as a commercial litigator, having previously represented corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Carley received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 2004 and graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2001. During law school, Mr. Carley served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Environmental Law Review, while simultaneously earning a Certificate in International Law.

Mr. Carley was admitted to the New York and Connecticut bars in 2005.  He is also admitted to practice before the United District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
