Clients reap the benefits of Patrick’s extensive experience and personal commitment as he works to anticipate and limit risks, obtain positive results, and provide candid and actionable counsel.

With an approach that emphasizes efficiency while not sacrificing quality or effectiveness, Patrick provides seasoned representation across multiple practice areas, including professional liability, civil rights, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

Patrick represents attorneys and insurance agents/brokers in all phases of litigation and defends municipal police departments in federal civil rights claims. Patrick has also defended school districts and religious institutions in negligence claims and has significant experience as a commercial litigator, representing corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of contract and business tort claims. Whether a case calls for litigation or alternative dispute resolution, Patrick always remains focused on successfully eliminating or minimizing his client’s liability and exposure.

Patrick attended Muhlenberg College before earning his law degree cum laude from Pace University School of Law. A fan of several sports teams which perennially disappoint, he enjoys spending his time away from work with his family and friends.
