A litigation associate in the firm’s New Jersey office who prides himself on his professionalism, strong courtroom presence, and clear and timely client reporting, Ralph Cretella has successfully handled a wide range of civil and criminal matters. His practice focuses on general liability and auto insurance defense.

Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Ralph served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Stolte in Middlesex County, New Jersey and practiced plaintiff’s personal injury and civil rights law in Toms River, where he litigated cases in both state and federal court. Committed to exceeding client expectations and providing the highest level of representation, Ralph has also handled employment law actions including advocating for victims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. He has protected the rights of whistleblowers as well as victims of sexual abuse.

After graduating summa cum laude from Rutgers University, Ralph earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was on the 2016 Dean’s List, served as President of the Labor and Employment Society and was a Student Bar Association Representative. When not helping his clients, he likes to spend his time traveling with family and friends.
