Ms. Jensen represents a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to large corporations. She focuses her practice on the litigation of matters involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage Disputes, Construction Defect, and Professional License Defense.

Kaitlin Cupp Jensen was born and raised in South Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Criminology, Cum Laude, from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. During her undergraduate years, she served as the Vice President of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, and was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority. She then attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. While in law school she served on the John Marshall Bar Association Board and was a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida.

Ms. Jensen was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 2017. She is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Section.
