She has also successfully negotiated and/or mediated settlements in complex cases in a variety of settings, including with judges, magistrates, private mediators and at the EEOC.

A significant portion of Hillary’s practice also includes representing attorneys, insurance and real estate brokers and agents and other professionals in the defense of claims arising from alleged malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty and other claims of alleged misconduct. She also represents municipalities, and their officers and employees, in the defense of civil rights cases under 42 U.S.C. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Ms. Raimondi served as an Associate County Attorney in the Litigation Bureau of the Westchester County Attorney’s Office for almost fifteen years, where she defended the County and its officers and employees, focusing largely on employment matters and civil rights claims.

Hillary Raimondi prides herself on effective communication with her clients and thorough and thoughtful representation, always striving to meet her client’s overall goals from both a litigation and business perspective. She believes that there is no substitute for preparation, and approaches each and every case with the same intensity and attention to detail.
