Gregory R. Bennett is an attorney who has a significant amount of experience litigating in state and federal courts and administrative forums.  Currently, Greg handles various types of matters within the firm’s Employment Practices Group, including, but not limited to, defending management against claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, breach of contract and related areas. A significant portion of Greg’s practice also includes representing attorneys, insurance, and real estate brokers and agents and other professionals in the defense of claims arising from alleged malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims of alleged misconduct.

Before joining the firm, Greg served as in-house employment counsel for a global IT firm and as a House Counsel attorney for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies where he addressed employment-related and professional liability disputes. He has represented clients in numerous industries, including the fields of education, medical (short- and long-term care facilities), transportation, consumer and industry goods, not-for-profit, legal, security and hospitality.
