Curriculum Vitae

Brittany’s practice concentrates on professional and general liability. Brittany defends financial-services providers, directors and officers, insurance producers, accountants, and attorneys. She also assists clients in preparing for and addressing data breaches, and assists in the defense of privacy claims involving alleged data disclosures in purported violation of state and federal statutes. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at a national law firm defending insureds on a wide variety of civil litigation matters including professional liability, general liability, complex commercial disputes, class action and employment disputes.

Brittany is a graduate of Emory University and The University of Iowa College of Law. In law school, she served as the Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Transactional Law and Contemporary Problems.

In addition, Brittany served as a health volunteer in the United States Peace Corps, where she conducted workshops training communities on reproductive health and disease prevention.
