CURRICULUM VITAE

Andrew Adler has diverse and sophisticated litigation experience. Currently, Andrew primarily handles attorney, accountant, and other professional liability matters; national insurance coverage suits; and intellectual property actions. He has written numerous coverage opinions and defended policyholders in tort cases. He also continues to help businesses and individuals in all aspects of general commercial litigation.

Formerly, Andrew has worked as a litigator at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and at Kornstein Veisz Wexler & Pollard. At those firms, he often represented insurance companies in prominent cases, including market conduct defense in class action and attorney general lawsuits. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Whitman Knapp (U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y.) and as an extern in the Housing Law Unit of South Brooklyn Legal Services. Additionally, Andrew has practiced transactional law.
