Overview

An associate in the firm’s New York office, Ali Jaffery understands that litigation success is not just measured by the quality of the advocacy but also the quality of the outcome. Obtaining positive, cost-effective resolutions tailored to his clients’ business goals is Ali’s objective in his defense of professional liability, employment practices liability, and wage and hour claims.

Ali takes pride in his commitment to providing clients a holistic view of the matters he handles, keeping them consistently informed and advising them of all options so they can make the best possible decisions. Before joining the firm, Ali was an associate with a Manhattan-based boutique litigation firm specializing in high-profile sports, media, and entertainment litigation. He also served as a judicial law clerk to a Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Ali earned his law degree from New York Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review, an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Association, and served as a co-author of the 2014 Robert F. Ali enjoys spending his time away from the office reading copious amounts of fiction, playing strategy games, and going on adventures with his wife and daughter.
