TLSS and Aspen RE Team to Publish White Paper on Cutting-Edge Concerns About Drones

With the growth in usage of drones for both recreation and commercial purposes, there are always risks that come with their use. Those risks include: Drone-to-Human risk; Drone-to-Property risk; Drone-to-Drone collateral damage; invasion of property rights; invasion of privacy; weaponizing drones for terrorist acts; and perhaps the most publicized risk, interference with plane travel.

The newness of drones raises many questions regarding who controls the law (State or Federal), what legislation is already on the books and what will be coming soon. To help wade through the confusion, TLSS and Aspen RE have published a new white paper on drone law available for download. To review the white paper, please visit:—drones.pdf
