Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP Names Six New Partners

Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP is pleased to welcome the following attorneys into the partnership: Brandt W. Allen (Illinois), Justin A. Bubion (California), Bradley T. Guldalian (Florida), Jeremy S. Macklin (Illinois), Fernando Ramirez (Florida) and Matthew Toto (New Jersey).

Brandt W. Allen (Illinois)
Brandt’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, excess monitoring, professional and general liability. He represents insurance carriers and insureds in a broad spectrum of complex coverage matters involving general liability policies, umbrella/excess, auto, commercial property and cyber risk policies. Brandt’s work includes the preparation of coverage opinions and the handling of all phases of coverage litigation in state and federal courts, as well as appeals. He also has experience litigating transportation and premises liability cases.

Justin A. Bubion (California)
Justin is a litigation attorney and concentrates his practice on construction law, general liability, labor and employment, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation.  He has extensive experience handling matters involving construction defects, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful discharge, harassment and discrimination, as well as landlord-tenant disputes, contract preparation, negotiation, and judgment collections. Justin represents real estate developers, construction contractors, design professionals, trucking companies, auto dealerships and various private business entities in insurance and non-insurance matters. 

Bradley T. Guldalian (Florida)
Bradley’s practice is devoted primarily to handling first and third-party insurance coverage disputes, catastrophic property insurance claims including sinkholes, collapse, fire, business interruption and hurricane losses, professional malpractice claims, errors and omissions, products liability, nursing home, assisted living facility and medical malpractice claims, employment matters, appeals, and trucking, automobile and premises liability claims.  He also handles a wide variety of complex, multi-party commercial litigation matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court.  Bradley is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Pinellas County Bar Association.

Jeremy S. Macklin (Illinois)
Jeremy focuses his practice on insurance coverage. He represents insurance companies and provides coverage advice on a wide-range of commercial lines policies, including commercial general liability, professional liability, D&O, excess and umbrella insurance. Jeremy’s coverage experience includes policy interpretation and extra-contractual liability issues. He also serves as counsel for insurance companies in first-party property disputes and trial monitoring counsel for excess insurers in high-exposure cases. 

Fernando Ramirez (Florida)
Fernando focuses his practice on tort litigation, including premises liability, products liability, commercial liability, general liability, and trucking and transportation. He has represented retail and restaurant manufacturers as well as transportation companies in a variety of diverse matters. Fernando has significant experience handling matters in both federal and state courts.

Matthew Toto (New Jersey)
Matthew concentrates his practice on defending professional malpractice claims against attorneys and architects and defending personal injury claims in both federal and state court litigation.  His practice also includes defending first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, and appeals. Matthew’s personal injury defense experience includes handling automobile accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, product liability, and premises liability claims.  He has successfully defended matters involving loss of limb, traumatic brain injury, severe deformity, severe burns, and other catastrophic injuries and has successfully obtained jury verdicts on behalf of various insurance carriers and their insureds.
